Order Processing

Fast Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Last Order Time: 1700 (GMT) – orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Delays between carrier scans are normal.

If more than 6 calendar days pass since the last tracking update, reach out to us, and we’ll check the status with the courier.
Damaged or Defective Items
We understand how frustrating damaged or defective items can be. Please report any issues within 14 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the damage or for the item to be returned to resolve the issue.
