Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return my order?
A: You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please contact us first at support@restora-recovery.com for approval and the correct return address.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
A: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We may ask for the original item to be returned and will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
