At Restora Recovery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read the guidelines below for returning items and requesting refunds.
Returns

Timeframe: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as you received them.

How to Return: Contact us first at support@restora-recovery.com to get approval and the correct return address. Do not send items back to our office address until approved.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be accepted for return.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We know how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged or defective product. Please report any issues within 14 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the damage if possible.

We may request the original item be returned to provide a resolution.

We will then issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
